Pay is below industry average. Sick day policy is minimal (especially difficult if you have children in daycare or sick parents to attend to). Their focus is on acquring new companies with little focus on how they operate together. Company values such as putting employees first is a marketing catch phrase that they sell to you. Too much middle to upper management with little value. They handle their layoffs poorly.
