Great people Good work environment and nice offices Excellent flexible working and decent holiday/ benefits scheme Good company culture and employee well being programmes

Cons

Average salary Limited training opportunities. Due to the frameworks that the company is signed up to there is limited training budget available. There is a structured approach to achieve promotion but it is very rigid and does not allow high achievers to move up more quickly.

Never micromanaged, trusted with my responsibilities, lenient, casual attire, flexible hours, enjoyed travel, variety of projects

Cons

Don't feel I learned much, didn't feel needed/appreciated all of the time, large company with a lot of acquisitions and "business centers" so felt unorganized as a whole, employees were closed off, horrible morale in office
