      Low wages,no bonuses, wages go missing

      Varied work and projects, varied work and projects with opportunity to work on varied work and projects, offices okay, colleagues okay.

      Cons

      We have done a great job for your company ,over and above, but Very average or low wages for qualified professionals mid and senior management, wages go missing frequently and have to chase up...we were missing over $500.00 on wages at Christmas and still not rectified-where is our pay?we were offered the 5% pay rise but missing wages??, no christmas or year end bonuses, no company incentives or bonus ...compared with other USA companies

      Plenty of work available and opportunities to learn. Employee opportunities and experience working here depends a lot on who you are working for, but can be very good.

      Cons

      High turnover, low morale, poorly organized, unclear direction and confusing mixture of Stantec and penfield and smith (former company acquired)

      Good company to work with. Has a good benefits package. Participates in work share between departments. Flexible hours. Good amount of paid time off.

      Cons

      Project Managers can be scarce a lot it seems. Advancement through the company is pretty much key to yourself, solely. Unless you have a degree, you better enjoy your position you come into the company in.
