      Pros

      Decent pay once you fight for it. Being able to make a direct link between the profit you made for the company and what they pay you.

      Cons

      Incompetent middle management who is absolutely clueless and does not honour employment contracts or human rights.

      Pros

      Great to build experience, especially after graduation, Expect long working hours. Someone who is still a junior engineer will feel like a great career boost. Their employee career development program is a good incentive

      Cons

      After some time, you feel like you don't go up. You don't learn much and bosses aren't really trying to help you. Someone recommended me to even leave and work somewhere else and come back when more experience is gained.
