Casual friendly atmosphere, great co-workers. Environmentally concerned and responsible. Good reputation in the public and private sector. Financially stable company.

Cons

Management heavy, utilization suffers. Poor local management selections don't fit the mode or know the job requirements well enough to be effective.

Pros

Salary, benefits, flx time. Architects and Interior designers top notch.

Cons

Engineering dept in state of disarray. Fish bowl work environment. Mgmt bending over backwards to keep young staff. No tolerance for attitudes and demeanor that accommodates experienced staff. QA/QC shotty at best. Specs are appropriated for old MasterSpec. 11 bil company doesn't have subscription. Change impossible as the adage is "That is the way we always did it". Felt the company lacked polish. Growth thru acquisitions. HR in need of maturity.
