      The company has a good culture, good benefits and a large network

      Pros

      The company offers a benefit package that creates incentives for healthy living in the form of discounted insurance premiums. They also have great matching on the 401K and a discounted stock purchase program

      Cons

      Stantec is a large (12,000+ employee) company, so you will not feel like a big player. The corporation is located in Canada, so they are not eligible to work are big money DOD projects.

      They have a good benefits package and a lot of company resources.

      Cons

      They are more concerned about the bottom line than employees. They ask you to use vacation time on days they can't bill your time even though you may still be working.
