Stantec will provide you with infior equipment, the slowest internet available, lackadaisical IT, less capable and more expensive "Prefered Providers", and then require much higher utilization for employees OR ELSE...... They will tell you, during aquisition meetings, that everyone has a place and a job. Additionally no one will be let go so don't worry. Just wait, it all changes and so many will be gone before you know it, including the clients and so much work. The Stantec moto is " We Do What is Right and People Come First".... Blaah Blaah Blaah. It is a scam. If you are acquired start looking for a new job, you will need to and WANT to. Within two years you will see why if you are not already gone. With Stantec employees come last, then clients, then the stock holder, and finally the management. Stantec wants and demands your soul and dignety. The Stantec upper management continuously prospers with huge paychecks and bonuses from acquisitions, while employees and clients suffer for these indiscretions.
