Pros

Cannot think of any that would not apply to another employer in the Bay Area

Cons

Low pay. Low, almost insulting raises. Working harder and coming up with new ideas is not rewarded. Management would rather hire more people than use the money to reward current employees, which makes no sense. Employees have to pay for parking.

Outside perks are great! You can sit in on lectures by world famous professors. The academic environment is stimulating

Cons

Horrible place to move up in your career. Not a lot of opportunities to progress.
