      - The mission of the company is one of the most inspiring - Elon Musk is arguably the greatest visionary CEO

      Cons

      -Long work hours mean not much time during the week for other hobbies, passions, friends/ family etc.

      Pros

      SpaceX is not only changing the launch industry, but potentially changing the course of mankind. Very fulfilling and rewarding environment to work in. The opportunities for those that feel so motivated are nearly limitless.

      Cons

      As we push the boundaries of what is possible, work life balance has a tendency to be affected. It's a balance that everyone needs to strike in their own way, but I believe that this culture makes SpaceX not the ideal place to work for those that do not like the higher than average workload.

      Pros

      Hands on projects give you such a great learning experience as opposed to getting someone coffee. You get to see your work directly impact in a good way which is pretty neat.

      Cons

      The time commitment is a lot. If you don't enjoy what you are doing it will not be a good experience for you. You have to work really hard to balance your life outside of work.
