Pros

NONE.... NONE.... NONE.... NONE.... NONE....

Cons

Dismal pay (you will have to take a pay cut to work here). Only promote lazy millennials engineers who don't show up until 10 or 11 am. Leadership incognizance causes chaos and more negative work than anything resulting in enormous amounts of wasted time and money. Raises are basically non existent. No one looks at the whole picture, they only care about thier little piece of the pie with no regard as to what effect it will have on other work required on the project at a later date. They spend more time trying not to offend someone than holding them accountable for doing their jobs.

Pros

You are building a rocket that goes into space multiple times! It’s a rewarding experience!

Cons

One of the worst companies to work at if you have a family and if you live in CA! The hours are ridiculously long, and you are embarrassingly underpaid. The company says their pay is competitive…yes they are competitive if they comparing themselves to McDonald’s. Great company if this is your First real technical job, but if you come with experience, then you are better off looking at other aerospace companies that will pay you much better for your experience.

Pros

Work on spacecraft, help different departments, looks great on resume.

Cons

Leadership forces sketchy work that is eventually going to get someone killed. Force long hours of work sometimes 6 to 7 days a week or fire you. Underpay far lower than any other company in industry. Micromanage every second of work. Change annual review requirements a week before they are due leaving you no time to make any goals set out for you and receive no raise. QA reports directly to production which threatens and follows through with firing QA for not passing failed parts that lead to delayed launches. Extremely high turn around with employees constantly quitting or being let go due to poor work environment and low pay. Don't believe? Ask how many people have worked there over 10 years, better yet ask why 5 years is such a huge milestone.
