Work at least 55hrs per week 7. If something goes wrong, Elon starts sending emails asking everyone to shape up and work even more hours when you are already working 60 hours a week. 8. If a deadline is not met, it's never Elon's ultra demanding deadlines' fault but your fault for not working more than the 60 hours you are already working. 9. If you did not graduate from a top university, your chances of promoting are very slim to none

It gets old fast. Long long hours 12hr days, 14hr days. They’ll do anything to make schedule. They push schedule even at the safety of others. Once you make a new accomplished record shipment date of any product they expect better next time even though it took 12hr days for many weeks and burnout to do it. Management needs to be changed in many departments. Low pay compared to competitors. They don’t really care about the employees.
