      Pros

      SpaceX is a dream to work for! The mission to Mars unites the whole company to find fast and innovative solutions to challenging and unique problems. Each launch that occurs feels like a success that you feel a part of, no matter your position. There are also many benefits at work that help make this a great deal to work for.

      Cons

      Only serious candidates need apply; SpaceX is not a regular job. The brightest and best are needed, and an average level of dedication will often not be enough. Also we are VERY serious on safety and quality; this is not a job that you can rush through with risk.
