Pretty flexible part-time hours, you get to work as a team and as a result become close with other team members, a fun atmosphere that celebrates both riders and staff, and free classes / free guests

Cons

There's not much allowance for growth within the company. The front desk is essentially a cleaning crew and a lot of our job is cleaning bathrooms, toilets, dirty bikes, etc. Even as a key holder you are only paid the slightest bit more than front desk for having more responsibility
