It is a fairly easy job, no prior experience in boutique fitness needed. All tasks are easy to pick up.
Cons
SoulCycle markets itself as a 'safe' and 'welcoming' community, which anyone can see within the rider community. However, once you're on the other side as an employee, it is clear that there is zero regard for employees and how they feel within the community. Employees are expected to foster this community for the riders, yet it feels like they cannot participate in the community themselves.
