-Free workout classes at not only soul cycle but a bunch of other places. -Both studios I've worked at has been a really relaxed environment -I love my coworkers so coming into work most days feels like hanging out with friends.

Cons

-Some riders are really high maintenance which can be frustrating -Theres not much room to grow in the company as corporate plays favorites so if your not close to the higher up its doubtful you'll get promoted. -Pays kinda low
