      consuming culture no health care for part time employees studio employees work club hours open 365 days a year, so studio employees often work holidays

      Free classes is a huge perk! Great group to work with.

      Cons

      - Hours all over the place (sometimes 5:30AM) - Not very challenging work (might be a pro if that is what you are looking for)

      Pros

      SoulCycle is such a fun and stimulating place to work. There is always some challenge to take on or some dance party to create. The atmosphere and the people are what make it for me though. The clients are a blast, my coworkers are a bunch of goofballs and my manager is too.

      Cons

      The pay is not fantastic for any position under management, but the perks of the job offset that(at least for me)
