Growing company! Great staff / group of employees! Everyone is so friendly, fun and supportive; it's a wonderful work environment! Free SoulCycle classes!

VERY fast-paced which means there is a lot of "learning while doing", which is challenging.

Have the opportunity to take free classes, whenever there's space available.

Cons

Very young company, placing inexperienced young kids into management roles to oversee entire facilities. Treats their field employees poorly. Human Resources is very unavailable, often changing people's salaries without prior notice when upper management fails to set growth path. Very long hours with no work/life balance. High school mentality, filled with cliques, and very informal, causing people to become stuck in roles with little responsibility.

We really appreciate you taking the time to give us the feedback. We're so sorry that you did not have the best experience working at SoulCycle as an assistant manager. It is our belief that successful managers can have a variety of different backgrounds, which means some have more management experience than others. We are constantly learning from each other, whether its managers, instructors, or the corporate team and we are truly devoted to helping our employees learn and grow with the company. We want to invest even more in training and development in order to help all of our SoulCycle team members succeed. This review is helpful in knowing where we can continue to improve. Because we are a company that is growing quickly, we are constantly on the move. This review reminds us to stop and take a moment to take into account feedback from our employees, whether they be past or present, and really learn from this.
