      Free classes. Awesome studio manager. Fun environment. Perfect for people still in school!

      Pros

      The job is very easy and the company makes it easy for you to provide the best customer service. There are no extensive rules or hierarchy requirements--you are very empowered to do what you think is best. You also get to take class for free!

      Cons

      It's taken very seriously, even though it's really just an exercise class. Some of the instructors can also be divas.

      Pros

      The incredible people who make the job awesome! The riders are lovely people and it's rare to find a job you can't get enough of. I literally hang out at my job after hours. You learn a ton about the bikes and get to be a part of the greatest start up in the fitness world.

      Cons

      If you aren't a morning person, maybe this isn't the best job for you.
