      Pros

      The biggest perk of working at soul cycle is being part of the soul community and being encouraged to take class!

      Cons

      Working at soul cycle comes with working very different hours and it is not a nine to five-sometimes it's 5am starts, other times it's 5pm. Hard to keep a routine.

      Pros

      Being around the studio is addicting because it's a positive atmosphere, the staff are kind and fun and the riders are usually super friendly and easy to help. Great work environment, free classes, discounts on Soul clothing, occasional promos with other fitness studios.

      Cons

      You're always on your feet cleaning and helping riders. Studios can get cliquey depending on the staff and their personalities. Shifts for most studios are set and are usually either super early in the morning or later in the day. Promotions take around a year or longer but the employee must express interest in moving up within the company.
