Pros

I worked at SoulCycle for a short time, but my experience was positive. The managers were supportive, and the environment was always fun and upbeat.

Cons

While I enjoyed my time, the pay was still low and I did not see much room for growth.

Everyone is positive, constant development trainings, easy access to supervisors, the company changes everyday and always for the best

Cons

pay is not the best for the hours put in but not extremely terrible, not great work/life balance
