Pros

Super busy and fun environment. Plenty of opportunities for creativity. Teaches customer service and management skills with (limited) opportunities for upward mobility within the company. You can start as front desk and make a career in hospitality if you’re good at it and play your cards right. If management hires you, you’re going to like your coworkers because teamwork is so important that hiring is done mindfully. Obviously free classes are amaze, and there was a poster about enrolling for insurance even at part time so maybe investigate if that’s something you need.

Cons

Requires high energy every shift, must have positive attitude or at least be good at faking it, cleaning, must stay standing up. Opening shift starts at 6 AM or earlier, some studios don’t have free parking for staff. They will not hire you full time unless you’re at least an assistant manager.
