      Free rides, employee discount on merchandise, fun community

      Cons

      The team who had been there a while had bonded a ton and didn’t really make an effort to include me. Cleaning shoes and bikes can be gross. Often high stress and tedious work tasks. Managers wouldn’t be supportive if I needed to fix/improve something - just got mad at me which made me feel bad about coming to work.

      Fun environment, willing to help you grow if you want to become full time or gain management skill

      Cons

      Everyone wants to grow so it becomes hard to wait through the "bench" of potential promotions. Feels like they promote based on personality versus hard workers.
