Pros

You get to ride for free as well as being a friend for free to ride on a walk in basis, discounts on clothes, free shoe rental, parking reimbursement

Cons

They pay very little with very high expectations, no adequate training for everything you need to know. Their management doesn’t understand the difference between being a boss and a friend and will use that against you. They look down on anyone who needs to take a day off, and this is before covid times. Since the pandemic the company has gotten worse and they’ve kept employees in the dark while media headlines come out about them closing studios quietly but tell staff they can’t wait to open studios again. They have a high turnover rate cause good employees get burned out and leave and management is terrible. They would rather hire externally than promote within.

Pros

I had a great time working at soul. I was part time and taking online classes so I didnt mind the early morning and late night shifts as it was easier for me to work the rest of the day. I loved the free workout classes, clothing discounts, and other neighborhood perks at nearby stores (free lashes, free waxes, coffee discounts). the people who work there are so so nice and close friends

Cons

they tend to be understaffed so it is hard to find someone to take over your shift, and this also means its difficult to take vacations. its a very fast paced environment as well, so you are quite useless during your first 5 shifts or so but you have to learn as you go. turnover can also be high because people get so burnt out.
