You get to work out while you work and the front desk and cleaning staff are wonderful

Cons

I could list 100 cons. Let’s just say the company is cruel, the pay is terrible, they’ll take away your benefits every six months, they protect men who sexually harass women. They are racist. Awful awful awful company seriously it’s as bad as it gets and for crap money too.

- The community - The front desk staff - they are a wonderful group of individuals who put in so much work and deserve to be treated better - The workout

Cons

- Unfair compensation for required workload - No support from HR or HQ - No growth opportunities - A huge disparity between what they preach and how they actually act as a company - SoulCycle is not truly a community for everyone. The environment corporate has created has made the workout incredibly exclusive and uninviting. - Felt very undervalued and disrespected by many of my superiors during my time at SoulCycle - No work/life balance - A lot of bullying from Senior management

Flexible Studio Manager, barters, meeting nice customers

Cons

Recent transition to have management work as cleaning staff, budget cuts that do not support the team or work/ life balance, moved from salary to hourly, if you work a holiday then you need to work full day or make up hours during the week
