As a current employee and working as maintenance staff is so horrible I'm speaking up for every maintenance crew when i say this company has so much favoritism also managers are to young !!!! Witch they write you up for anything and fire maintenance staff in a yippee but when front desk crew is late and don't show up for work they get a pass way more then maintenance crew low pay taking to much hours away and we get bullied by managers front desk even high managers i'm not going to say . so i don't recommend this job to anyone who has children because they sometimes don't understand when you call out when your baby gets sick Because some aren't parent's sorry but its Reality got to stick up for my maintenance crew in every location !!!!!! Pay Sucks no benefits to much work but no hours its crazy someone has to speak up !!!!

If the only Pro people can think of when working for your company is "we get to ride for free and get in shape" it should be a big LIGHTBULB moment that you are doing just about everything wrong.

Cons

No transparency of company vision or direction. Leadership behaves like children.

SoulCycle is a great part-time job with flexible hours, great coworkers, a fun environment, free classes, and the occasional celebrity sightings!

Cons

The company used to be run by cool witches who valued employees and believed in their culty brand. Then equinox bought it and set up a ruthless leader as CEO. On its way to corporate efficiency, pay cuts, new bikes, and a series of curious management decisions have led the company away from its original charm.
