Sofitel Resorts and Spa Sentosa Singapore. Unless you are mentally strong then this place is not for you.

Pros

Uniform, lunch, transport all provided. You get benefits like hotel discounts worldwide (not that much) and f&b discounts.

Cons

Lack of team work and communication. I had to work with a restaurant manager that nags and shouts all the time which is unethical in my opinion. Will throw you under the bus as well. Only my 2nd day of work, girls at my locker room already placed a bet that I will quit very soon as they had feedback that it is a very toxic work environment and they were not even from my department. Phrases like "welcome to Sofitel" and "well, this is Sofitel" were being used in a negative context at all times.
