Sofitel is amazing. But Sofitel Sentosa is hell. No budget, No staff, Nothing. Only expectation is what you can see.

Bullying by superiors, harrassment by superiors, no opportunities for advancement, company does not want to invest in your future or your skills, does not provide you with the necessary tools to do your job. Overall an incredibly negative, controlling environment.
