      The staff is amazing and works well together and under pressure, which is 24-7.

      Cons

      There's no thought to the group work. Volume in volume out and whatever sticks to the walls will book. Rate is the only driving factor and there's no real appreciation for repeat clients.It's not an atmosphere to develop your skill set and think intellectually. Favoritism prevails from top leadership. From observation, if you're on the "B" list, life can be miserable. All that glitters is not tres chic.

      Seem to hire for positive energetic personality rather than just experience which is a nice change.

      Cons

      Upper management is very cliquey and has their favorites, very hard to improve and grow
