Some pay increase if you come from notable company to join

Overworked employees are not being heard, long hours with no overtime paid, lack of staffing and obvious favoritism to those that bend their knees to head of management. Unfair decision makings, they are not people focus and no mechanism of inclusion work environment. No trust , disengagement in day to day work
