Run away, this is not a good company in a horrible industry

You might get the pay you are looking for, but you will earn every penny and more no a good company,

Cons

Hourly employees are not treated with respect Senior Management Front line management is treated even worse by Senior Leadership The company has not given pay increases in over 7 years Hi pressure business with a bunch of messed up airlines for customers that have a bunch of people justifying their jobs.

The job is good mixing with ground crew and air nz staff plus different aircraft types. Airport enviroment fantastic.

Cons

Rostering sucks.Management think they are gods and do not speak up about any concerns that may affect us.

Mean staff that bully and scream and yell. And no one tells you what to do mean coworker who tell you it's not there job to help you. Not all managers there are so really really great ones and ghis might be a different explanation but its just like having two parents just because one th is decent it doesn't mean you had a good childhood . And on the same note there are a few really great workers there unfortunately it doesn't make up for ones who tell you it's not my job to help you. Yeah cause they have never been new...
