Pros

Ever-changing business, cross-functional project opportunities, growing into areas outside core business of airline catering, good people who want to do good work.

Cons

Many people look for stability in an employer - this is not the place for them. If a person likes action, constant change, and can handle working for a company closely tied to the constantly-fluctuating airline industry, the experience gained will be invaluable.

Pros

You will work less hours than in most other production facilities. Generally, you have a set schedule. There is a good mix of nationalities and cultures, so diversity is accepted.

Cons

There has not been a pay increase in over 10 years. The union has established an environment of 'management vs. employees', that is difficult to manage around.
