Mgmt painting rosy picture, but reality very different.

Colleagues are generally friendly and polite, willing to work together to achieve the common goal.

Cons

Top management is biased, communicates poorly. Both new hires and employees with long tenures are terminated with no communication. This is happening nearly weekly. Remaining employees are left to find out through word of mouth. Top management is focused on painting a rosy picture, but the reality is very different.
