I've been working at Sixt Gatwick for a year, and overall, it's been a really positive experience. The best part about this job is the management. Our manager is very understanding, flexible, and supportive when it comes to balancing work with personal needs. Whether it's swapping shifts or needing time off, they always do their best to accommodate. This flexibility has made a huge difference in my work-life balance.

Cons

Benefit we get is employee rentals and that too restricted to age.

Honestly everyone is like one family at Sixt, Progression is highly influenced in sixt and i am living proof of this from starting as a FSA to now on the management trainee programme
