You will find the best people to work with and also most of the teams have exciting and challenging work. It will be nice learning curve

Cons

Some tech stack is quite old (Only few teams) and with the organisational changes, working has become quite boring

Career Growth is very well-defined. (Joined as SDE I, moved to EM in 5 years). Chance to work in latest tech stack Opportunity to learn (Pursued Masters, funded by Company) and also attended various seminars and tech workshops. Chance to work in latest tech stack Lean Technology team is a plus w.r.t. visibility and growth for a company at this stature. International Exposure (Chance to meet and Work in Germany, Opportunity to solve Global mobility issues)

No ESOPs/RSUs Inhouse Learning & Development is essential for a tech set-up
