Imagine working at a place where everyone pretends to be your freind and the moment. Something goes wrong hey throw you under the bus this APPLIES to all employess working here. They will all pretend to accept you then talk behind your back and taddle tell on anything you do Very imature and hostile work environment

Pros

Nice benefits, calm atmosphere (at first), fresh fruit brought in often

Cons

Management is easily threatened by and believes office gossip that tends to be factually true about 9 percent of the time. It gets even worse when you notice that management actively participates in these rumors. Or that except for maybe one or two people, every employee that is no longer there has been fired/left on bad terms. You might think that you won't be one of those people, but the HR department specializes in blindside firings. Be very careful about what you say because it most likely will be twisted and used against you. At least in court you have a lawyer to defend you, at Sixt you have no one.

Pros

Nice Cars, Friendly low level employees, nice offices and excellent fecilities everywhere

Cons

No respect for employees from upper management. Make you work 15 hrs a day 7 days a week as a trainee and no additional benefits for it. After they are done using you and your experience they simply discard you after great growth promises. I worked at a USA location, after a while they started getting rid of all non white, skinny, model looking employees and started bringing in Germans for all management positions after they were promised to Americans.
