We appreciate you taking the time to express your feedback. It is concerning to know that you did not enjoy your time with us. Across the United States we invest in very polished and professional individuals that we feel would properly execute their specific roles and provide five star quality service to our customers. Our managers and corporate trainers provide months of ongoing training for all new hires, whether management or entry level, because we are aware that it takes time to fully mature into a position. There are rare instances out of our control that may cause a new hire to exit early, however, this is not ideal or encouraged. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and please feel free to reach out with any additional concerns.

Pros

There is some great talent from the rental agents and some of the corporate employees. The benefits are ok for someone coming right out of college. PTO days aren't the best and neither is the insurance, but they are ok. Something is better than nothing. Pay is ok too.

Cons

The president is a joke. He has zero people skills. He spends his days flirting with the female employees since they hire alot of pretty girls or yelling at everyone. He has no idea what he is doing and I am surprised that he hasnt been fired. Also I was told to write some of the good reviews so anyone looking for a job don't trust them because I'm sure a lot of other people were told to from other locations. There HQ employees also get around with all the assistants. If anyone gets pregnant they should all get paternitty tests. I'm ready to quit any day as soon as I can take time off to actually look for a job.

Thank you for complementing our Rental Sales Agents and corporate employees. We strive to find the best talent for our branches and HQ! For a young company we also pride ourselves on having great benefits such as paid time off after 6 months with 16 PTO days after your first year and progressively more thereafter. In addition, we offer 3 different options in regards to medical coverage as well as dental and vision benefits. Finally, we do have banked holidays that our employees can take advantage of. To address your concerns, Sixt is a very diverse company; you can view this at any of our branches. Sixt management also has an open door policy that allows employees to address challenges not just at the branch level but to the executive team as well. This follows suit with our quarterly Employee Satisfaction Survey that is 100% anonymous. We encourage employees to be honest about how they feel and share positive and negative experiences, not only for this survey, but in person as well. This is the only way that we can improve. We appreciate your feedback. Since you claim that you are currently employed with Sixt we would welcome you to discuss any of the above matters confidentially with our VP of HR Gaddy Fernandez.

Pros

The people. Meaning co workers

Cons

They teach you to lie to customers to make sells. All they care about is how much you sell. Your not going to have any idea what they put you through until you get there and by the way they run the company it wont last long in the u.s. You can make a lot in commission, thats what they sell you on BUT i never got my fair share because it was cut. Mananger said because of csi's and taxes. One month i was supposed to get almost 600 and only got 200. two months in a row and just wait until you see the pay stubs. they are a joke, unorganized and ruthless. Please do not work with this company, you can find so much better. I am taking them to court asap.

Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt. We are glad that you enjoyed interacting with your co-workers and appreciated that aspect of your positon. To be clear, your commissions are indeed based on the branch’s CSI score. During training, and when you get to the branch, this is explained to all employees. We encourage five star quality service across the board which is why customer satisfaction plays a big part in commission percentage. A collective team effort will help each individual profit. However, meeting sales goals is very important to earning commission so it is imperative to excel in both customer service and sales. Finally, the company does not encourage fraudulent sales tactics, quite the opposite, it is a terminable offense. Training prepares you for actual customer encounters and all information that is provided to you is factual. If you have encountered an inconsistency it is important to contact our HR department immediately. We take incidences like this very seriously and will thoroughly investigate. Please contact Gaddy Fernandez, VP of HR, with your concerns: 954-874-1793.
