Chance to work in latest tech stack Opportunity to learn (Pursued Masters, funded by Company) and also attended various seminars and tech workshops. Chance to work in latest tech stack Lean Technology team is a plus w.r.t. visibility and growth for a company at this stature. International Exposure (Chance to meet and Work in Germany, Opportunity to solve Global mobility issues)

No ESOPs/RSUs Inhouse Learning & Development is essential for a tech set-up

Gives a lot of scope on engineering ownership. Have personally given opportunity to present ideas and take it to completion. Lot of solutions are customer oriented and hence most of the teams can see the end result. Can gain a lot of Mobility domain knowledge Company culture has gained a lot of positivity from past 2 years Truly engineering driven company

Cons

Product ownership is not very present unlike earlier days Finance team is not very employee friendly
