Hybrid work flexibility overshadowed by poor Structure and Support

Hybrid / Remote Work 1 Hour Lunch Decent Equipment (Decent headset, monitors a bit small and laptop could be better but its better than many companies however the mouses in office are really light and cheap and break easily) Some cool internal apps.

some department has good experience

Cons

1. 75% of partners in my department were on vacation during my scheme 2. direct supervisor did not bother 3. in my department, only trainees give work 4. they don't really bother about assessing interns for TC, your assessment wholly depends on luck 5. did not reply to email after the scheme ended. I personally think that if I worked so hard for a month but got return offer, it is basic human decency to communicate the outcome and give feedback
