Absolutely worst experience - Summer Vacation Scheme Simmons & Simmons Employee Review

1. 75% of partners in my department were on vacation during my scheme 2. direct supervisor did not bother 3. in my department, only trainees give work 4. they don't really bother about assessing interns for TC, your assessment wholly depends on luck 5. did not reply to email after the scheme ended. I personally think that if I worked so hard for a month but got return offer, it is basic human decency to communicate the outcome and give feedback
