      Pros

      Nice new building, coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke, people are fired left and right for no good reason, there’s astounding amounts of favoritism, no transparency or integrity in sight. Oh and if you’re from Sanford, don’t worry you’ve got a job here. They’ll even make up a position for you that doesn’t require an interview. You can ask 75% of the workforce in the building now.

      Like anything in life, do your research! There is a reason for the all-new management and one-star reviews on here. Back when I started, there was newer management and employees, one of which was obviously myself. Fast forward to not even a year later and the cycle has repeated and is publicly being boasted as if it is an accomplishment. I feel that is not something to be proud of, especially in a small city like this, and with the CEO burning bridges. I left because I wanted to grow my career and my experience there showed me that was not possible. The CEO has by far been the worst I have ever worked for, a bully that tries to scare you, to say the least. Even after a person is longer employed there. My personal feelings and advice, be aware, take caution, and listen to your intuition. I am embarrassed to say that I ever worked for this place, and I have a feeling I am not alone.
