      Pros

      Some really good people work here, problem is that they don't work in leadership (C-Suite). Unlimited PTO, if you can get your boss to let you take it. Maggie is great! Very competent.

      Cons

      C-Suite are all yes men. They pass on experienced leaders for people who will tell the owner what he wants to hear. Marketing is a mess, can't come up with a concise message, all over the place.

      Great industry to be in ; ton of personal and professional growth opportunities ; Great profit sharing incentives for entire organization.

      Cons

      Fast growing which can cause pivoting which could be a negative, but other people might thrive in this type of organization. Changing business model that causes some challenges in communication across the entire organization.
