      New leadership is focused on building a people first culture. New benefits are some of the best compared to other companies in town... great healthcare, 401k, PAID maternity leave! Fast paced, hyper growth startup environment

      Startup companies are not for everybody. People really need to want enjoy that environment to be successful here.

      Pay is competitive for the Sioux Falls area.

      Cons

      65% turnover rate. Stay clear of this company. Executive management can't get out of their own way and there is zero trust in the employees. No one lasts more than 9 months at this company and bullying, unethical practices and unlawful procedures are commonplace.
