      Exciting energy, competitive wages, a chance to be a part of something that will have a bright future. This company gives you the opportunity to make you own future.

      Cons

      With explosive growth comes constant change and some to be expected growing pains. If you aren't comfortable with change, this isn't the place for you. Benefits are a work in process but the process is started.

      Pros

      New management is aware of past issues and actively making large improvements. Listening to current employees and providing transparency will continue to make this fast-growing company a high-demand employer for the Sioux Falls area. Excellent benefits including above average salary, 401K match, good PTO, and improved health benefits. Free lunch Fridays and break room snacks are also a fun bonus. There are professional growth opportunities in nearly every department.

      Cons

      Many spinning plates due to shortage of employees in some departments but the HR department is actively recruiting.
