Some Growing Pains But Finally Made Changes in Management-100% New Management

You can make a difference every day, day goes by quick, always busy and many new opportunities each day. Sales are growing so rapidly, we are hiring about 10 new employees per month. We have added over 115 employees in the last 12 months. We have free lunch Friday, owner picks who contributed the most that week and they get to order lunch on the owner for all employees. We finally have great benefits for health care and retirement after the new management arrived and we are well over the 100 employees for benefits. We even have incentive comp for entire team if we hit the company goals. 90% of the employees are here less than 1 year because of all the growth.
Cons
We have for sure had some big growing pains, to hire so quickly much of the senior leadership was from out of state. When they came to town, rarely, they stayed in their offices in meetings. Looks like the owner finally realized and figured it out, all our leadership just turned over and now they all live in SD finally!
