Pros

Free snacks and free food on Fridays.

Cons

Like anything in life, do your research! There is a reason for the all-new management and one-star reviews on here. Back when I started, there was newer management and employees, one of which was obviously myself. Fast forward to not even a year later and the cycle has repeated and is publicly being boasted as if it is an accomplishment. I feel that is not something to be proud of, especially in a small city like this, and with the CEO burning bridges. I left because I wanted to grow my career and my experience there showed me that was not possible. The CEO has by far been the worst I have ever worked for, a bully that tries to scare you, to say the least. Even after a person is longer employed there. My personal feelings and advice, be aware, take caution, and listen to your intuition. I am embarrassed to say that I ever worked for this place, and I have a feeling I am not alone.

Pros

Free Lunch, Snacks, Great People on the Floor

Cons

There are a lot of growing pains at this company, but one, in particular, is the CEO's inability to step back and stop micromanaging. Employees are treated as expendable resources to be used and depleted rather than assets to be valued and built up. This attitude trickles down and is seen in the management style of the company's directors and leads. It's not all bad...you will meet some awesome people on the floor. However, there is very much an "us against them" feeling between departments and management. Free lunch and snacks are always fun. Also, note that it is an affront to the CEO if you choose not to eat the lunch he has so graciously provided whether due to dietary restrictions or whatever the reason. Finally, again free stuff is always a plus, but not when your benefits are atrocious. Why is the company paying for someone's Monster addiction rather than providing affordable health benefits? Please redirect those funds to where they are most needed.
