Good WLB, good pay, and respectful treatment of employees. People at any level will accept your Invite for an introduction call. Good opportunities to switch teams if you show capacity and learner mindset to do that ( people have even switched from HR to Commercial roles to IT)

Cons

Usually, cons are very similar to what one will find in any other company but mostly manageable and relatively better than the Industry. Little slow in execution which can hamper learning sometimes.

You have above average total salary package, good annual esos if you choose to participate, and enjoyable team members

Cons

Cost cutting measure may put your job at risk no matter how much you have contributed. If you are a male, there is a downside as most promotions will be given priority to females with 30% minimum quota. since it is easy to fill quota, hiring managers tend to exceed the target and deny males opportunity.
