Pros

The people. The product is amazing.

Cons

ServiceNow was an amazing place to work back in the day. However, with the IPO and the new executives, legacy staff was hung out to dry. Change is one thing but a company's employees are their greatest assets and they just didn't care about us in the long run.

The management is horrible in some departments and upper management does nothing about it.
