Pros

good benefits & compensation, nice building.

Cons

Too much focus on pleasing the executives and not the customer. Everyone walks on eggshells. NO work-life balance, constant pushing for more and more work. This place is a revolving door, do not work here if you are looking for longevity or to be valued. Everyone is temporary. The company will be good because customers like the service and the product but employees suffer. Managers are too busy trying to keep their jobs and running around in circles to actually help anyone. Also IT, Travel are getting cheap... Hotel room sharing? Really? NO company Holiday party, it was canceled a couple years ago and now they do some weird hot cocoa event in the lobby during work hours that everyone is too busy to go to anyhow.

There is flexibility for hybrid or remote.

Cons

Lot's to improve in this company. Often times departments are working is silos. No set processes that are implemented across the board. Very to little communication being passed down that is pertinent to the job makes for a very frustrating experience.
