Pros

- Good pay and stock performance - Lots of smart people - Good product

Cons

- While there are some bright spots, this is BY FAR the most toxic place I have worked and I have spent time at MSFT, Google, Meta, etc. - There are many abusive leaders and executives, and I do not use that word lightly - HR issues are not dealt with, and reporting poor behavior does absolutely nothing - Truly a horrific culture, I knew several people who went out on leave for mental health reasons related to work

Pros

- I've had a long and often rewarding career at ServiceNow. - ServiceNow stuck with me through a personal tragedy which required FMLA time and inconsistent business hours for over a year. - This company is "going somewhere," and that always makes the work more interesting along the way. - I've met hundreds if not thousands of smart, interesting, caring people that really want to do their absolute best alongside one another. There are few people that are dead weight, and those types don't last long, here.

Cons

- I'm getting off-shored. They can hire 3-4 people in India for what they are paying me. It isn't directly called this, but that's what is happening. - Even though I'm told my performance for 2024 was "just fine," they have held my bonus payout for 2024 as part of my transition/pending separation. It seems like a "claw back" that costs me $10-15k (after taxes). Moral of the story: They might pay you $0 for OTE (even if the company does well) if they can think of an excuse before the check is written 2 months later after what you did to earn it has happened.
