Pros

You get to work with a modern stack — LLMs, RAG, and vector DBs all in production. Pay is solid with competitive salary and strong RSUs. Job security is good since enterprise AI is booming and ServiceNow is leading it. There's plenty of room to grow as the AI org expands fast. And best of all, your work actually ships — no prototype graveyards here.

Cons

It's not a frontier research house like Anthropic or OpenAI, so the cutting-edge science side of AI is a bit quieter here. Being a large enterprise, things can move slower than you'd like — approvals and processes are just part of the reality.
